Asparagus rolls is a simple recipe for an antipasto that’s quick and very tasty.

How to Cook Asparagus Rolls


8 slices bacon (or prosciutto, if you like a more delicate flavor)
8 spears trimmed asparagus
Parmesan Cheese in big shreds
Optional – “Saporoso” Balsamic Condiment

Preheat the oven (220) and line the baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Roll one slice of bacon around each asparagus spear and put on baking sheet.
Bake for 5 minutes. Then, take out of the oven. Shake the pan to roll the spears over.
Pour some shredded parmesan on top of the bacon and put back in the oven for 5 more minutes.

Serve your asparagus rolls immediately with some drizzle of “Saporoso” Balsamic Condiment.
