Bravo \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<h2>Orecchiette with Cime di Rapa (Turnip) sauce\u00a0and breadcrumbs<\/h2>\n<p>Recipe is good for 4 people<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1557\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1557\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/Cime01.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1557\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/Cime01.jpg\" alt=\"Ingredients\" width=\"300\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/Cime01.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/Cime01-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1557\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ingredients<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>400 g of <a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/orecchiette\/\" target=\"_blank\">Orecchiette Pasta<\/a><br \/>\n1 jar of <a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/turnip-seasoning\/\" target=\"_blank\">Cime di Rapa Cream<\/a><br \/>\n4 Tbs of <a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\" target=\"_blank\">Extravirgin Olive Oil<\/a><br \/>\n2 cloves of garlic<br \/>\n4 or 5 Anchovy Fillets<br \/>\n3 Tbs of Breadcrumbs<br \/>\nA hot chilli pepper (if you like it)<br \/>\n2 Tbs of salt<\/p>\n<h3>Procedure:<\/h3>\n<p>Boil\u00a04 liters of\u00a0water for the pasta.\u00a0At the same time, take a pan, pour\u00a0two tablespoons of oil and put it on the stove to heat.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/Cime06.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1558\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/Cime06.jpg\" alt=\"Cime02\" width=\"300\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/Cime06.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/Cime06-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>When the oil is hot, throw in a clove of garlic (just beat it without removing the outer casing) poach and cook for 2 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/Cime03.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1559\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/Cime03.jpg\" alt=\"Cime03\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/Cime03.jpg 400w, https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/Cime03-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pour the cime di rapa\u00a0and cook for 2 or 3 minutes, mixing occasionally.\u00a0When\u00a0the water is boiling, add two tablespoons of salt.
