And since we still have two days until the end of &#8216;Get fit with Gusto January&#8217;, we chose to make a simple pizza. It&#8217;s called Pizza Pugliese, and is similar to a Margherita but we are adding onions. The best part is that it is a no yeast pizza dough, so you can make it in under 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<h5>Ingredients<\/h5>\n<p>1.5 cups Italian flour 00 (190g)<br \/>\n1\/2 cup water (100 ml)<br \/>\nA drizzle of a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/olio-novello-coratina-extra-virgin-olive-oil\/\">high-quality extra virgin olive oil<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon salt<br \/>\n1 teaspoon baking powder<br \/>\n3.5 tablespoons tomato passata<br \/>\nsalt and pepper to taste<br \/>\nA dash of oregano<br \/>\n4 slices onion<br \/>\n80 grams mozzarella cheese<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/no-yeast-pizza-dough-3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-10254\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/no-yeast-pizza-dough-3-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"no-yeast-pizza-dough\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/no-yeast-pizza-dough-3-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/no-yeast-pizza-dough-3-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/no-yeast-pizza-dough-3-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h5>Preparation<\/h5>\n<p>Start by measuring the flour and placing it in a bowl. Don&#8217;t forget to add a drizzle of a good extra virgin olive oil for extra flavour. Otherwise, you can divide it into two portions and serve it with a salad.
