Then, let&#8217;s make it.<\/p>\n<h5>Ingredients (makes 2 portions)<\/h5>\n<p>300 gr fettucce (Try these <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/nidi-fettucce\/\">wholegrain organic nidi fettucce<\/a>)<br \/>\n3 garlic cloves<br \/>\n1 lemon (we&#8217;ll use both peel and juice)<br \/>\n200 ml white cream (I am using lactose free)<br \/>\n100 gr smoked salmon<br \/>\ndill or fresh or frozen parsley<br \/>\nsalt and pepper<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Belmorso extra virgin olive oil<\/a><\/p>\n<h5>Preparation<\/h5>\n<p>Start by peeling and chopping the garlic cloves.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-9096\" src=\"https:\/\/belmorso.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/tagliatelle-al-limone-9-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"fettucce al limone\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Next, wash your lemon, grate the entire peel and then squeeze the juice. Put the peel and the juice into separate bowls.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-9097\" src=\"https:\/\/belmorso.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/tagliatelle-al-limone-10-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"fettucce al limone\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Cut the smoked salmon into medium strips.
