This recipe of Polpette al sugo (thanks to Elisa again), is an example. She grew up smelling it&#8217;s delicious smell. This recipe was handed down to her by her grandmother. Now, she&#8217;s passing it down to her lovely daughter Anita. She&#8217;s Elisa&#8217;s charming assistant as you can see in the photo on the right.<\/p>\n<p>Yes, it&#8217;s a fast, delicious and easy recipe that you can do with your children!<\/p>\n<h2>Polpette al sugo<\/h2>\n<h3>Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<p>300 gr beef mince<\/p>\n<p>1 egg<\/p>\n<p>50 gr dry grated bread<\/p>\n<p>50 gr grated Parmisan cheese ( or Gavoi,or Pecorino Romano)<\/p>\n<p>Parsley<\/p>\n<p>Salt q.b.<\/p>\n<p>Pepper q.b.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/tomato-passata\/\" target=\"_blank\">Tomato passata<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\" target=\"_blank\">Extra virgin olive oil<\/a> for frying<\/p>\n<h3>Preparation:<\/h3>\n<p>Put the minced beef in a large bowl. Add the\u00a0egg, salt and pepper.
