After all, cooking is an art that can be expressed in countless ways. Only your imagination and curiosity are the limits \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>So here is my interpretation of one of the most famous recipes on the web.<\/p>\n<h2>Chili con Carne<\/h2>\n<p>This recipe can feed up to 10 people. It depends if it will be a part of a\u00a0complete dinner with different courses or a single dish.<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<p>2 large onions<\/p>\n<p>2 cloves of garlic<\/p>\n<p>3 tbs of <a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\" target=\"_blank\">Extra Virgin Olive oil<\/a><\/p>\n<p>2 peppers of different colors<\/p>\n<p>250g of mushrooms<\/p>\n<p>2 tsp of <a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/hot-pepper-spread\/\" target=\"_blank\">Hot chilli pepper spread\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>1 tsp of grounded cumin<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp of chilli pepper<\/p>\n<p>400g of minced beef<\/p>\n<p>1 stock beef cube<\/p>\n<p>1 bottle of <a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/tomato-passata\/\" target=\"_blank\">passata<\/a> or a can of chopped tomato 400gr<\/p>\n<p>2 cans 400g of red kidney\u00a0beans<\/p>\n<p>Salt and black pepper to taste<\/p>\n<h3>Preparation<\/h3>\n<p>Start preparing the vegetables: Cut the onions finely and mince the garlic.<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3063\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Chili-con-carne-05.jpg\" alt=\"Chili con carne 05\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Chili-con-carne-05.jpg 400w, https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Chili-con-carne-05-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Then core the peppers. Add salt and pepper.\u00a0Towards the end,\u00a0add the 2 cans of red kidney beans to the sauce.
