Making cakes is a great way to release stress from a long day and relax to be able to sleep well.\u00a0Do you feel the same way?<\/p>\n<p>So I prepared the cake with ingredients I already have at home so I did not really miss anything &#8211; just a little of this, a little of that and it came out really delicious! Ideal to eat with the morning calm for a good breakfast.<\/p>\n<p>This softy cake with jam is really one of the easiest to prepare!<\/p>\n<h2>Softy Cake with Jam<\/h2>\n<h3>Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<p>130 g cake flour<br \/>\n130 g sugar<br \/>\n65 gr soft butter<br \/>\n65 gr of <a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\" target=\"_blank\">extra virgin olive oil<\/a><br \/>\n2 eggs<br \/>\n1 pinch of salt<br \/>\nCherry jam to taste (I&#8217;ve used my mother&#8217;s one, delicious)<\/p>\n<h3>Preparation:<\/h3>\n<p>To make it right, first, mix the sugar with oil and butter with a spatula until it gets creamy. Add the eggs,\u00a0then\u00a0the flour and the pinch of salt. Mix together.<\/p>\n<p>If you are in a rush, you can just put all the ingredients together and go with a mixer.<\/p>\n<p>This mixture should be thick.<\/p>\n<p>Grease and flour a baking pan, then pour the mix into it. Add few spoonfuls of cherry jam on top of the cake.
