It can be made with ingredients that are commonly found in the kitchen: potatoes, mushrooms and onions. How about the taste? The combination of potatoes and mushrooms is\u00a0really delicious. This dish can be used as starter or as side dish.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">If you prefer it\u00a0richer with a thicker\u00a0consistency, just add 200 gr of fresh single cream and some \u00a0grated cheese.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Gratin of potatoes, mushrooms and onions<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Ingredients\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">3 large potatoes, not new season\u00a0ones because will take longer to cook and not melt together.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">300 g mushrooms, I used chestnut mushroom but delicious with Oyster mushroom too<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">2 large onions\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">120 ml <a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">olive oil\u00a0<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">1 jar of <a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/artichokes-pate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Artichokes pate<\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0salt and pepper\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">50 g dried breadcrumbs\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\">Procedure<\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Heat the oven to 200\u00b0C.
