So why not to try this recipe a little bit unusual.<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<p>4 filets of Hake<\/p>\n<p>3 medium beetroot<\/p>\n<p>2 onions<\/p>\n<p>2 tomatoes<\/p>\n<p>1 lemon<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extra virgin olive oil<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/white-balsamic-vinegar-prelibato\/\">Prelibato white balsamic vinegar<\/a><\/p>\n<p>salt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n<h3>Preparation<\/h3>\n<p>Heat the oven at 200\u00ba, peal and slice the onions, do the same with the beetroot and pour them into a baking dish. Mix with a little bit of olive oil all together.<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3354\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Hake-and-Beetroot-01-e1470400018557.jpg\" alt=\"Hake and Beetroot 01\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Now put in the oven for 20 minutes with a tin foil on it.
