It\u00a0seems to be very strange and complex, but I swear that it tastes\u00a0surprisingly gorgeous and fresh despite the bizarre match of ingredients! Try it, even if you are not following this practice. Vegan recipes could unexpectedly delight you.<\/p>\n<p>I came up with this idea \u00a0for our vegan customers here at\u00a0Taste with Gusto. Meeting them\u00a0intrigued me. I got even more interested in the practice over the days so I tried to deepen my knowledge about veganism. Happy to say that I was able to help all of them, since most of our products meet all vegan requirements!<\/p>\n<p>Dietary vegans refrain from consuming animal products, not only meat but also eggs, dairy products,\u00a0and other animal-derived substances. Dietary vegans are often very\u00a0focused on the health aspects of whole foods in general.<sup id=\"cite_ref-environmental_17-0\" class=\"reference\"><\/sup><\/p>\n<p>The term &#8220;vegan&#8221; was coined in 1944 by Donald Watson\u00a0when he co-founded the Vegan Society\u00a0in England, at first to mean &#8220;non-dairy vegetarian&#8221; and later &#8220;the doctrine that man should live without exploiting animals&#8221;.<span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; line-height: 20px;\">\u00a0<\/span>Interest in veganism increased in the 2010, when vegan stores opened, and vegan options became available in more supermarkets and restaurants in many countries.<\/p>\n<h2>Vegan Friselle with White Beans Pur\u00e9e, Basil, Peach and Balsamic Vinegar<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Friselline-with-beans-spread-and-peaches-01c.png\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3490\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-3490\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Friselline-with-beans-spread-and-peaches-01c-228x300.png\" alt=\"Friselline-with-beans-spread-and-peaches-01c\" width=\"228\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Friselline-with-beans-spread-and-peaches-01c-228x300.png 228w, https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Friselline-with-beans-spread-and-peaches-01c.png 633w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 228px) 100vw, 228px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/balsamic-vinegar-saporoso-6-years-old\/\">Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Saporoso<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 biologic peaches<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/white-flour-friselline\/\">1 pack of Friselle<\/a><\/li>\n<li>8-10 basil leaves<\/li>\n<li>200grams White Beans in the can (rinse before using)<\/li>\n<li>5grams <a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extra Virgin Olive Oil &#8220;Il Vero&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li>7,5grams lemon juice (1 and 1\/2 teaspoon)<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon of zest of a lemon<\/li>\n<li>a pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 of a clove of garlic<\/li>\n<li>pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preparation<\/h3>\n<p>First, prepare the white beans pur\u00e9e:<\/p>\n<p>In a mixer, blend\u00a0the white beans with salt and peeper, oil, garlic, juice and the zest of the lemon until you get\u00a0a smooth and soft pur\u00e9e.
