Yesterday I tried to combine \u00a0Italian and Indian traditions and achieved a very tasty result!<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s try my:<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Saucy Spicy Meatballs with Vegetable Cous Cous<\/strong>!<\/h1>\n<p>You can adjust the spiciness of the dish according to your taste by adding more chillies!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ingredients for\u00a04 people:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1oo gr minced beef<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>2-3 spoons of pecorino or another kind of spicy\/strong cheese that you like<\/li>\n<li>1 and a half slice of bread<\/li>\n<li>milk, as needed<\/li>\n<li>salt, pepper, and chives, as needed<\/li>\n<li>crumbled bread, as needed\u00a0(previously dipped in milk)<\/li>\n<li>1 little onion<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/sundried-tomato-pate-small\/\">Sundried Tomatoes Pat\u00e8<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/pronto-spaghetti-ready-spaghetti\/\">Pronto Spaghetti<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/Extra Virgin Olive Oil &quot;Il Vero&quot;\">Extra Virgin Olive Oil &#8220;Il Vero&#8221;<\/a>, as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Ingredients for the Vegetables Couscous:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Couscous<\/li>\n<li>1 spoon of <a href=\"http:\/\/Extra Virgin Olive Oil &quot;Il Vero&quot;\">Extra Virgin Olive Oil &#8220;Il Vero&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 courgette, some cherry tomatoes, and every vegetable you like!<\/li>\n<li>salt, as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Saucy-Spicy-Meatballs-Ingredients-e1475154809630.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3651\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-3651\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Saucy-Spicy-Meatballs-Ingredients-e1475154809630-300x202.jpg\" alt=\"Saucy Spicy Meatballs-Ingredients\" width=\"300\" height=\"202\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>First, start\u00a0creating the meatball mixture which is the easiest thing in the world!<\/p>\n<p>Just combine the following: minced beef, bread , 1 of the eggs, cheese, 3 spoons (at least!) of <a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/pronto-spaghetti-ready-spaghetti\/\">Pronto Spaghetti<\/a>, and the herbs, salt, and pepper.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Saucy-Spicy-Meatballs-Mixture-e1475154888482.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3652\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-3652\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Saucy-Spicy-Meatballs-Mixture-e1475154888482-300x232.jpg\" alt=\"Saucy Spicy Meatballs-Mixture\" width=\"300\" height=\"232\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Then, shape\u00a0the meatballs by rolling a spoonful of the beef mixture in your hand. Beat the second egg, coat\u00a0the meatballs with it and then roll in bread crumbs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Saucy-Spicy-Meatballs-Meatballs-e1475154944313.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3653\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-3653\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Saucy-Spicy-Meatballs-Meatballs-e1475154944313-300x187.jpg\" alt=\"Saucy Spicy Meatballs-Meatballs\" width=\"300\" height=\"187\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Put 2 spoons of <a href=\"http:\/\/Extra Virgin Olive Oil &quot;Il Vero&quot;\">oil<\/a> in a pan, add the diced onion until it golden brown. If you want to have some extra spicy flavour, add also a chili. Then add it in the pan. If you added the chili before, remove it from the pan, before pouring the sundried tomatoes sauce&#8230; otherwise, you&#8217;ll end up burning your mouth! \ud83d\ude1b<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Saucy-Spicy-Meatballs-Pan3-e1475155138207.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3656\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-3656\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Saucy-Spicy-Meatballs-Pan3-e1475155138207-300x223.jpg\" alt=\"Saucy Spicy Meatballs-Pan3\" width=\"300\" height=\"223\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Cover the pan with a lid, and let everything cook for 10-15 minutes, checking and turning the meatballs from time to time.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile,\u00a0fry your favourite vegetables in a pan with a little bit of <a href=\"http:\/\/Extra Virgin Olive Oil &quot;Il Vero&quot;\">oil<\/a> and onion.<\/p>\n<p>In another bowl, put the couscous and cover it with boiling water (the water level should be two fingers higher than the couscous level). Without stirring, cover with a lid for 5-10 minutes. Then fluff the couscous up with a fork.
