Nice decorations, sparkling lights, a warm cosy fireplace&#8230; the only missing thing is a homely and fragrant smell of bread! The house is then ready to be the perfect spot for meeting family time and cooking!<\/p>\n<p>The recipe of this week is not properly characterized by a quick preparation, but the result is so beautiful and delicious, that it is definitely worth the effort!<\/p>\n<p>Try my\u00a0Savoury Roses Cake with Pesto and Mozzarella! It is a very elegant cake that you can serve on your wonderful decorated table. The bread is warm and soft, and you will smell and taste the real and cosy\u00a0flavour of Italian bakeries!<\/p>\n<h1>Savoury Rose Cake with Pesto and Mozzarella<\/h1>\n<h2>Ingredients:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>400g White Flour<\/li>\n<li>120ml Milk<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 sachet of Brewer&#8217;s Yeast<\/li>\n<li>1 Egg<\/li>\n<li>50ml <a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extra <\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Virgin Olive Oil &#8220;Il Vero&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon of Sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon of Salt<\/li>\n<li>200g of Mozzarella<\/li>\n<li>1 jar of <a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/basil-pesto\/\">Green Pesto<\/a><\/li>\n<li>60g Grated Parmesan<\/li>\n<li>Pinenuts, as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/RosesCakePesto1-e1480878286600.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-4067\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/RosesCakePesto1-e1480878286600-300x196.jpg\" alt=\"rosescakepesto1\" width=\"300\" height=\"196\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Warm up the milk and pour in the brewer&#8217;s yeast and half teaspoon of sugar, stirring everything together.<\/p>\n<p>Let the yeast to get activated for around 10 minutes.
