It is one of my favourite ones, because it is delicious, healthy and it represents the perfect side of almost everything!<\/p>\n<p>Roasted vegetables are usually one of the most beloved side dish in every occasion, mostly during celebrations and holidays, like Christmas meals! In this version, I&#8217;m also going to add to the traditional ingredients; crumble bread, paprika and&#8230; garlic pat\u00e8!! The flavour gets richer and even more tasty, with a dub of spiciness and crunchiness.<\/p>\n<p>Perfect for meat, roasted beef, fish, cheese and whatever you prefer!<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t hesitate to try my:<\/p>\n<h1>Crunchy Roasted Vegetable with Garlic and Paprika<\/h1>\n<h2>Ingredients (for 3-4 persons):<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extravirgin Olive Oil &#8220;Il Vero&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 big Potatoes<\/li>\n<li>400gr of Mixed Vegetables, as you prefer<\/li>\n<li>1 big Onion<\/li>\n<li>1 jar of <a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/garlic-pate\/\">Garlic Pat\u00e8<\/a><\/li>\n<li>60gr Crumble Bread or more, as needed<\/li>\n<li>Paprika, as needed<\/li>\n<li>Salt, as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/CruchyGarlicVegetables1-e1481806197202.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-4104\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/CruchyGarlicVegetables1-e1481806197202-300x187.png\" alt=\"cruchygarlicvegetables1\" width=\"300\" height=\"187\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Peel the potatoes and boil them for 15 minutes. After this time, add also the mixed vegetables (I used broccoli, cauliflower, Brussel sprouts, and baby carrots) and boil for further 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/CrunchyGarlicVegetables2-e1481806367922.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-4105\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/CrunchyGarlicVegetables2-e1481806367922-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"crunchygarlicvegetables2\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>To boil for a while the vegetables before putting them in the oven will get them softer. Moreover, the cooking time in the oven will be reduced!<\/p>\n<p>In the meanwhile dice the onion. Then, drain the vegetables and chop\u00a0the potatoes into bite size pieces. Do the same with the other vegetables, if needed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/CrunchyGarlicVegetables3-e1481806509509.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-4106\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/CrunchyGarlicVegetables3-e1481806509509-300x178.jpg\" alt=\"crunchygarlicvegetables3\" width=\"300\" height=\"178\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Put all the vegetables in a bowl and add generously <a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extravirgin Olive Oil<\/a>, salt, paprika, <a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/garlic-pate\/\">Garlic Pat\u00e8<\/a> (at least 4 table spoons) and two third of the crumble bread. Stir everything together (I did that with my own hands!).
