Try my Chicken Gratin!<\/p>\n<h1>Chicken Gratin with Vegetables and Mozzarella<\/h1>\n<h2>Ingredients for 4 people:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>500g Chicken Breast<\/li>\n<li>1 <a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/sun-dried-tomato\/\">Jar of Sundried Tomatoes<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 Courgettes<\/li>\n<li>2 Mozzarella<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/white-balsamic-vinegar-prelibato\/\">White Balsamic Vinegar &#8220;Prelibato&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Mixed herbs<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extra Virgin Olive Oil &#8220;Il Vero&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Salt, as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/ChickenSundriedTomatoesZucchini1-e1485893742851.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4340 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/ChickenSundriedTomatoesZucchini1-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"Chicken Gratin - Ingredients\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Slice the chicken breast and the courgettes in 1-2cm thick slices.<\/p>\n<p>Marinate them in two separate dishes with the same mixture of 3-4 tablespoons of <a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/a>, 3-4 tablespoons of <a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/white-balsamic-vinegar-prelibato\/\">White Balsamic Vinegar &#8220;Prelibato&#8221;<\/a>, a pinch of salt and the mixed herbs. I used thyme and oregano; but, for example &#8211; you can also use rosemary, sage and mint.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/ChickenSundriedTomatoesZucchini2-e1485893944388.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4342 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/ChickenSundriedTomatoesZucchini2-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"Chicken Gratin - first step\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Cover the dishes with cling film and place in the fridge for 1 and a half hour.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/ChickenSundriedTomatoesZucchini3-e1485894040821.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4343 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/ChickenSundriedTomatoesZucchini3-300x172.jpg\" alt=\"Chicken Gratin - second step\" width=\"300\" height=\"172\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>If you are in a rush you can skip this step &#8211; but remember that marinating the chicken and courgettes will allow them to become softer and taste totally delicious!<\/p>\n<p>In the meantime: slice the mozzarella.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/ChickenSundriedTomatoesZucchini4-e1485894336677.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4344 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/ChickenSundriedTomatoesZucchini4-300x236.jpg\" alt=\"Chicken Gratin - mozzarella\" width=\"300\" height=\"236\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>After 1 and a half hour of marinating combine all the ingredients &#8211; creating first a row of chicken; then a row of courgettes and <a href=\"http:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/sun-dried-tomato\/\">sundried tomatoes<\/a>. Then,\u00a0add a third with chicken and the last row of mozzarella.
