To add some crunchiness we will garnish our dish with nuts and sesame seeds!<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes children can refuse to eat fish or veggies. But believe me! They will love this nourishing meal!<\/p>\n<p>Let\u00b4s get it\u00a0started!<\/p>\n<h1>Salmon Fillets with Asparagus Pat\u00e8 and Seeds Crust<\/h1>\n<h2>Ingredients for 2 people:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>2 salmon fillets<\/li>\n<li>1 jar of <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/asparagus-pate\/\">Asparagus Pat\u00e8<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Mixed nuts, as needed<\/li>\n<li>Sesame seeds, as needed<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extra Virgin Olive Oil &#8220;Il Vero&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li>A pinch of salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/SalmonAsparagusFilet1-e1489081008930.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-4627\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/SalmonAsparagusFilet1-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Spread 2 tablespoons of <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extra virgin Olive Oil &#8220;Il Vero&#8221;<\/a>\u00a0 around the baking pan.<\/p>\n<p>Put the salmon fillets on the baking\u00a0pan and add a pinch of salt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/SalmonAsparagusFilet2-e1489081051216.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-4628\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/SalmonAsparagusFilet2-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Spread a generous amount of <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/asparagus-pate\/\">Asparagus Pat\u00e8<\/a>\u00a0on the top of the salmon fillets.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/SalmonAsparagusFilet3-e1489081096149.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-4629\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/SalmonAsparagusFilet3-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Grind the nuts finely and mix them with the sesame seeds.
