This is the perfect way to bake an omelette,\u00a0a time saver\u00a0recipe and a healthier choice! There is no need to add oil or butter to your omelette so the result will be really light and fat-free.<\/p>\n<p>In order to roll up the frittata without breaking it, we will first whip the egg whites to obtain a fluffy texture that is not so fragile. This could even be called a &#8220;blown&#8221; frittata!<\/p>\n<p>You can get creative and use your favourite ingredients!\u00a0I have chosen\u00a0a combination that run and swirl together, amplifying each other&#8217;s flavour: our unique\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/asparagus-pate\/\">Asparagus Pat\u00e8<\/a>\u00a0and authentic Italian Gorgonzola\u00a0cheese. I have also had sliced ham to add a touch of colour and flavour.<\/p>\n<p>Try my Spring Baked Frittata Roll and you will never use the stoves again to cook an omelette!<\/p>\n<p>A simple recipe for\u00a0breakfast, as a brunch, appetizer or a light dinner. Let&#8217;s begin!<\/p>\n<h1>Spring Baked Frittata Roll with Asparagus Pat\u00e8<\/h1>\n<h2>Ingredients:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>4 Eggs<\/li>\n<li>2 spoons of Milk<\/li>\n<li>1 spoon of Flour<\/li>\n<li>Salt and Pepper, as needed<\/li>\n<li>1 <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/asparagus-pate\/\">Jar of Asparagus Pat\u00e8<\/a><\/li>\n<li>60g of Ham<\/li>\n<li>100g of Gorgonzola class=\"wp-caption-text\">Separate eggs yolks and whites<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>In a bowl, beat the yolks with the milk and flour and sprinkle some salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>In a second bowl,
