Especially because the peak season for artichokes is spring. Place a sage leave on top and secure the roll with a toothpick.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4837\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4837\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/EasterPorkLoin4-e1491762178487.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4837 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/EasterPorkLoin4-300x169.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-4837\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Roll the pork loin slices tightly up.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Once all the roulades will be ready, dust them with flour.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4838\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4838\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/EasterPorkLoin5-e1491762321368.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4838 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/EasterPorkLoin5-300x169.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-4838\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Dust the roulades with flour<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>In a pan, warm up a little of <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extra virgin Olive Oil &#8220;Il Vero&#8221;<\/a> and add some rosemary. Then, fry them in the pan on a high heat.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4839\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4839\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/EasterPorkLoin6-e1491762419451.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4839 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/EasterPorkLoin6-300x169.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-4839\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Fry the roulades on both sides<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>When the roulades will be browned on both sides, add a pinch of salt and half a glass of <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/balsamic-vinegar-of-modena-igp-malpighi\/\">Balsamic Vinegar &#8220;Malpighi&#8221;<\/a>. Simmer for few minutes until reduced.
