In this case, I really felt like using a mixed of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/seafood-salad\/\">Seafood Salad<\/a>. I always keep a jar\u00a0in the back of my store cupboard because it comes handy if you want to eat fish but cannot buy it fresh!<\/p>\n<p>In this recipes, the peas and spring onions offer a bright crunch when paired with almonds and seeds. Then, fresh flavours are also accented by a touch of basil and a sprinkle of parsley on top.<\/p>\n<p>This recipe boasts taste, good price and superb health benefits.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00a0dish that has the potential to become a springtime staple!<\/p>\n<h1>Couscous with Seafood Salad and Green Peas<\/h1>\n<h2>Ingredients for 4 people:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>200g Couscous<\/li>\n<li>200g Green Peas<\/li>\n<li>1 <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/seafood-salad\/\">Jar of Seafood Salad<\/a><\/li>\n<li>50g of Almonds and mixed Seeds<\/li>\n<li>1 spring onion<\/li>\n<li>1 clove of Garlic<\/li>\n<li>Basil and Parsley, as needed<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extra Virgin Olive Oil &#8220;Il Vero&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon of turmeric<\/li>\n<li>Salt and Pepper, as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4976\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4976\" style=\"width: 296px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/CousCous1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4976 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/CousCous1.jpg\" width=\"296\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-4976\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ingredients<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Put the couscous in a pot and cover it with a twofold volume of boiling water. Add the turmeric and a spoon of <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extra Virgin Olive Oil &#8220;Il Vero&#8221;<\/a>. Put the lid and let it sit\u00a0for 10-15 minutes until the water is completely absorbed by the couscous.<\/p>\n<p>In the meanwhile, cook the green peas in a pan with a little bit of olive oil and a clove of garlic. Stir all together.
