Be healthy but without sacrificing the taste of your meal with my:<\/p>\n<h1>Vegan Spaghetti\u00a0 Carbonara<\/h1>\n<h2>Ingredients for 4 people:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>500gr of<a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/spaghetti-con-curva\/\"> Spaghetti con Curva<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1,4Kg of Yellow Peppers<\/li>\n<li>250gr of Tofu<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon of Paprika<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper, as needed<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extra Virgin Olive Oil &#8220;Il Vero&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Grated Parmesan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5031\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5031\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/VeganCarbonara1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5031 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/VeganCarbonara1.jpg\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5031\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ingredients<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Let&#8217;s begin preparing the yellow peppers: wash them and put them on a baking tray, covered with baking paper.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5032\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5032\" style=\"width: 296px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/VeganCarbonara2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5032 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/VeganCarbonara2.jpg\" width=\"296\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5032\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Yellow Peppers on a baking tray<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Bake the entire peppers in the static oven, at 250\u00b0C for 1 hour, turning them from time to time, to obtain a uniform cooking.<\/p>\n<p>Once the peppers are brown, put them in a freezer bag each, and let them rest, until lukewarm.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5033\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5033\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/VeganCarbonara3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5033 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/VeganCarbonara3.jpg\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5033\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Put each pepper in a freezer bag and let it cool down<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>This procedure will make easier to remove the skin. Remove also the stalk and the seeds inside.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5034\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5034\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/VeganCarbonara4.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5034 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/VeganCarbonara4.jpg\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5034\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Remove the skin, the stalk and the seeds<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Blend the pepper pulp, until smooth.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5035\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5035\" style=\"width: 296px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/VeganCarbonara5.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5035 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/VeganCarbonara5.jpg\" width=\"296\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5035\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Pepper sauce<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Dice the tofu, to obtain 1cm long cubes.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5036\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5036\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/VeganCarbonara6.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5036 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/VeganCarbonara6.jpg\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5036\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Dice the tofu<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Pour 3-4 spoons of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extra Virgin Oliv Oil &#8220;Il Vero<\/a>&#8221; in a pan and add a spoon of paprika. Fry the tofu for few minutes on a medium heat.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5037\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5037\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/VeganCarbonara7.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5037 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/VeganCarbonara7.jpg\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5037\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Fry the tofu with oil and paprika<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/VeganCarbonara8.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5038\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/VeganCarbonara8.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Then, add the pepper cream and warm it up for few minutes on a medium heat. Adjust the salt and the pepper.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5040\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5040\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/VeganCarbonara10.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5040 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/VeganCarbonara10.jpg\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5040\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Add the pepper cream to the fried tofu<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>In the meanwhile, bring salted water to boil and add the <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/spaghetti-con-curva\/\">spaghetti.<\/a><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5039\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5039\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/VeganCarbonara9.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5039 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/VeganCarbonara9.jpg\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5039\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Boil the pasta<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>When ready, drain the<a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/spaghetti-con-curva\/\">\u00a0spaghetti<\/a> and put it in the pan with cream of peppers.
