Fry over-stirring occasionally for few minutes.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5191\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5191\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/orecchiettecarciofi2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5191 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/orecchiettecarciofi2.png\" width=\"295\" height=\"167\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5191\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Fry the shrimps with a little bit of oil<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Mix the <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/artichokes-pate\/\">artichokes pat\u00e8<\/a>\u00a0with the shrimps to warm it up for few minutes.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5192\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5192\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/orecchiettecarciofi3.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5192 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/orecchiettecarciofi3.png\" width=\"295\" height=\"167\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5192\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Add the Artichokes Pat\u00e8<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Add the <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/orecchiette\/\">orecchiette<\/a> to the boiling water and cook according to the pack instructions until al dente.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5193\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5193\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/orecchiettecarciofi4a.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5193 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/orecchiettecarciofi4a.jpg\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5193\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Add the orecchiette to the boiling and salted water<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Add 2-3 tablespoons of the boiling water of the pasta to\u00a0the sauce. This will dilute the sauce and provide a smoother texture. Stir all together and turn the cooker to the lowest heat. Cover the pan with a lid to keep the sauce warm while we cook the pasta.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5189\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5189\" style=\"width: 296px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/orecchiettecarciofi3b.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5189 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/orecchiettecarciofi3b.jpg\" width=\"296\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5189\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Stir all together<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Drain the <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/orecchiette\/\">orecchiette<\/a> when ready, and add it to the pan with the warm sauce.
