Unlike other kinds of vinegar that are usually too acidic, this balsamic vinegar is just perfect to sharpen the flavour of every dish and give a fresh touch.<\/p>\n<p>So, let&#8217;s try my:<\/p>\n<h1>Herbs-seasoned Turkey with Mixed Salad and Balsamic Vinegar &#8220;Saporoso&#8221;<\/h1>\n<h2>Ingredients for 4 people:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>300g Turkey Breast<\/li>\n<li>1 glass White Wine<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extra Virgin Olive Oil Il Vero<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Mixed Herbs (Rosemary, Sage, Oregano, Parsley)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/balsamic-vinegar-saporoso-6-years-old\/\">Balsamic Vinegar &#8220;Saporoso&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Rockets<\/li>\n<li>1 Jar of <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/sun-dried-tomatoes\/\">Sundried Tomatoes<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Sweetcorn<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/organic-extra-virgin-olive-oil-casa-caroli-0-75lt\/\/\">Extra Virgin Olive Oil &#8220;Caroli&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper, as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/turkey1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5339\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/turkey1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dice the turkey breasts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/turkey2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5340\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/turkey2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Mince the herbs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/turkey3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5341\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/turkey3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"296\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Put the turkey slices in a tin and pour on top three teaspoons of <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extra Virgin Olive Oil &#8220;Il Vero&#8221;<\/a>, the glass of white wine, and add the minced herbs.<\/p>\n<p>Cover with cling film and let it rest for a couple of hours in the fridge.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/turkey4.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5342\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/turkey4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"296\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Take the turkey, and drain it from the marinade and put the dices in a pan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/turkey5.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5343\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/turkey5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Fry them for few minutes, until brown.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/turkey6.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5344\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/turkey6.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"296\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In the meanwhile prepare the salad. Dice few sundried tomatoes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/turkey7.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5345\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/turkey7.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Wash the rocket and add few spoons of sweetcorn and the diced <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/sun-dried-tomatoes\/\">sundried tomatoes<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/turkey8.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5346\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/turkey8.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dress with <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/organic-extra-virgin-olive-oil-casa-caroli-0-75lt\/\/\">Extra Virgin Olive Oil &#8220;Cairoli&#8221;<\/a>, salt and pepper.
