I prepared this amazing recipe: <strong>Italian Stuffed Zucchini Boats!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The flavour is wonderful and intense,\u00a0<span class=\"\">thanks to the\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/black-olive-oven-baked\/\" data-ac-default-color=\"1\">Oven-Dried Black Olives<\/a>,\u00a0but at the same time is a very light and tummy-friendly dish\u2026 perfect for the hot weather!<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, it is lovely also the day after\u2026 so pack the leftovers and bring them to work or prepare them in advance for a nice Sunday Picnic!<\/p>\n<p>Everyone really appreciated this meal, so I hope you will prepare is for your loved ones as well\u2026 I\u2019m sure you will gain a big success!<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t wait longer and try my:<\/p>\n<h1>Italian Stuffed Zucchini Boats<\/h1>\n<h2>Ingredients for 6 people:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>6 big Zucchini<\/li>\n<li>500g Minced Meat<\/li>\n<li>20 <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/black-olive-oven-baked\/\">Oven-Dried Black Olives<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Capers, as needed<\/li>\n<li>1 Egg<\/li>\n<li>50g grated Parmesan<\/li>\n<li>50g Emmentaler<\/li>\n<li>2 Ts Crumble bread<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Pepper and salt, as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5387\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5387\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/StuffedZucchini1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5387 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/StuffedZucchini1.jpg\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5387\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ingredients<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Wash the zucchini and cut in halves. Some of the halves will be used ias a \u201chat\u201d later on.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5388\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5388\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/StuffedZucchini2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5388 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/StuffedZucchini2.jpg\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5388\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Create a &#8220;hat&#8221; slicing the zucchini<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Using a spoon remove the zucchini flesh and seeds, making a canal down the centre of each zucchini half to obtain a sort of \u201cboat\u201d.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5389\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5389\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/StuffedZucchini3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5389 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/StuffedZucchini3.jpg\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5389\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Hollow out a hole<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Dice the zucchini pulp and put it in a pan with a little bit of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/a>, the diced <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/black-olive-oven-baked\/\">Oven-Dried Black Olives<\/a>, the capers, salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5390\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5390\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/StuffedZucchini4.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5390 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/StuffedZucchini4.jpg\" width=\"295\" height=\"167\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5390\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">All ingredients in the pan!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Cook on a high heat for few minutes.
