They are so nice and delicate, and you can use it in several ways: to dress your pasta or as a light side for meat and fish.<\/p>\n<p>Have you ever tried them stuffed?? Try this amazing recipe, which is completelly vegetarian!<\/p>\n<p>I did bake them in the oven instead frying, so as to have a lighter and more pleasant result.<\/p>\n<p>If you want to enhance the flavour even more, just add few drops of Balsamic Vinegar &#8220;Saporoso&#8221;: aged for six years in barrels of oak wood it is obtained from the juice of the Lambrusco Graspaross, and Trebbiano Modenese grapes. The density is syrupy, and the taste is sour with shades of wild flowers, grass and mustard. For this reason it is delicious, especially\u00a0with cheese and vegetables, and therefore for this yummy recipe!!<\/p>\n<p>So, let&#8217;s begin! Try my:<\/p>\n<h1>Stuffed Courgette Flowers with Balsamic Vinegar &#8220;Saporoso&#8221;<\/h1>\n<h2>Ingredients:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>6 Courgette Flowers<\/li>\n<li>200g Ricotta<\/li>\n<li>1 Courgette<\/li>\n<li>2 Ts of\u00a0breadcrumbs<\/li>\n<li>1 Lemon<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/balsamic-vinegar-saporoso-6-years-old\/\">Balsamic Vinegar &#8220;Saporoso&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extra Virgin Olive Oil &#8220;Il Vero&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper, as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5600\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5600\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/fiori1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5600 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/fiori1.jpg\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5600\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ingredients<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Clean and dry the courgette flowers. Eliminate the inner pistil.<\/p>\n<p>Dice the courgette into tiny cubes.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5601\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5601\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/fiori2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5601 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/fiori2.jpg\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5601\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Dice the courgette<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Fry them in a pan with a little bit of <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extra Virgin Olive Oil &#8220;Il Vero&#8221;\u00a0<\/a>for few minutes. The courgette cubes should remain crunchy.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5602\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5602\" style=\"width: 296px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/fiori4.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5602 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/fiori4.jpg\" width=\"296\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5602\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Fry the courgette cubes<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>In the meanwhile, grate the zest of the lemon.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5603\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5603\" style=\"width: 296px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/fiori6.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5603 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/fiori6.jpg\" width=\"296\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5603\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Lemon grated zest<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>In a bowl, sift the ricotta through a colander.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5604\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5604\" style=\"width: 296px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/fiori5.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5604 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/fiori5.jpg\" width=\"296\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5604\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Sift the ricotta<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Add a pinch of salt, pepper, the grated zest, and the courgette dices.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5605\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5605\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/fiori7.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5605 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/fiori7.jpg\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5605\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Add the ingredients to the sifted ricotta<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Stir all together and fill a pastry bag with the ricotta mixture. Fill your courgette flowers with the mixture for a half. Otherwise, you can use a teaspoon, but be careful not to broke the flowers.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5606\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5606\" style=\"width: 279px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/fiori8.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5606 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/fiori8.jpg\" width=\"279\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5606\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Stuff the courgette flowers!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Twist the top of the petals, to close the flowers.
