It is a traditional dish in Italy, but at the same time and even though it is a pasta dish it is very different from a \u00a0typical pasta recipe.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/lumaconi\/\">&#8220;Lumaconi&#8221;<\/a>\u00a0is a type of pasta with a peculiar shape. It is perfect\u00a0to embrace a cheese and vegetable filling! These ingredients combined together in a vibrant chorus to please even the most finicky gourmand. Delicious both warm and cold.<\/p>\n<p>Easy enough for a weeknight meal or for a lovely Sunday dinner. \u00a0Everyone loves cheesy Italian food, so let this become the favourite meal of your guests.. you will be repeatedly asked to cook it again and again!<\/p>\n<p>What are you waiting for? Let&#8217;s try my:<\/p>\n<h1>Ricotta Cheese and Spinach &#8220;Lumaconi&#8221;<\/h1>\n<h2>Ingredients for 4 people:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>320g of <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/lumaconi\/\">Lumaconi pasta<\/a><\/li>\n<li>150g of Ricotta cheese<\/li>\n<li>250g of Spinach (you can also use the frozen one!)<\/li>\n<li>1 Egg<\/li>\n<li>50g of grated Parmesan<\/li>\n<li>500ml of White Sauce<\/li>\n<li>Butter, as needed<\/li>\n<li>Salt and nutmeg, as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5681\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5681\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/lumaconi1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5681 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/lumaconi1.png\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5681\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ingredients<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Bring a pot full of salted water to the boil and cook the <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/lumaconi\/\">pasta<\/a> for around <strong>3-4 minutes less<\/strong> than the time suggested on the pack.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5683\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5683\" style=\"width: 296px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/lumaconi3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5683 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/lumaconi3.jpg\" width=\"296\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5683\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Cook the pasta<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Drain the<a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/lumaconi\/\"> pasta<\/a> and let it cool down.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5685\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5685\" style=\"width: 296px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/lumaconi6.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5685 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/lumaconi6.png\" width=\"296\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5685\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Drain the pasta very &#8220;al dente&#8221; and let it cool down<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In the meanwhile, defrost the spinach, squeeze them and mince them finely.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5682\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5682\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/lumaconi2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5682 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/lumaconi2.png\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5682\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Mince the spinach<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>In a bowl, add the ricotta cheese, egg, grated Parmesan, and the minced spinach.
