Then, bake it in the oven! \u00a0This delicious snack does not contain gluten or dairy products and can be accompanied with any of your favourite\u00a0ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>I made my Polentine with different flavours including a jar of <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/seafood-salad\/\">Seafood Salad<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/artichokes-pate\/\">Artichoke Pat\u00e8<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/asparagus-pate\/\">Asparagus Pat\u00e8<\/a>\u00a0for a smooth and creamy texture.<\/p>\n<p>What are you waiting for? Fasten your apron and try my:<\/p>\n<h1>&#8220;Polentine&#8221; snacks with Seafood Salad<\/h1>\n<h2>Ingredients for 4 people:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>250g Cornmeal Flour<\/li>\n<li>1 jar of <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/seafood-salad\/\">Seafood Salad<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 jar of <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/artichokes-pate\/\">Artichoke Pat\u00e8<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/asparagus-pate\/\">Asparagus Pat\u00e8<\/a>, as you prefer<\/li>\n<li>Parsley, as needed<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extra Virgin Olive Oil &#8220;Il Vero&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Salt, as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5696\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5696\" style=\"width: 296px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/polentine1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5696 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/polentine1.png\" width=\"296\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5696\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ingredients<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Bring 1 litre of salted water to the boil. Then, pour the cornmeal flour slowly in the water, stirring with a wooden spoon.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5697\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5697\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/polentine2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5697 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/polentine2.png\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5697\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Pour the cornmeal flour slowly in the boiling water<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Let it cook for 30-40 minutes until the &#8220;polenta&#8221; will have become more solid, stirring from time to time.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5698\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5698\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/polentine3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5698 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/polentine3.jpg\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5698\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Cook the polenta, stirring from time to time<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>If you want to save some time, just use an instant mixture. You can find it in the best supermarket and it will take only a few minutes to get ready! In Italian they are called &#8220;polentine&#8221;, meaning &#8220;tiny polenta pieces&#8221;.<a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/polentine7.jpg\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5702\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5702\" style=\"width: 296px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/polentine7.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5702 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/polentine7.jpg\" width=\"296\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5702\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Obtain many polentine with biscuit cutters<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Sprinkle few drops of Extra Virgin Olive Oil\u00a0on top and bake in the oven for 10-15minutes.
