Its simplicity is the taste.<br \/>\nThere are many ways to cook a delicious tomato sauce&#8230; but this one is definitely a special one!<\/p>\n<p>We are going to use\u00a05 different types of tomatoes: fresh cherry tomatoes, tomato sauce, peeled tomatoes, tomato paste and Sundried Tomatoes!You can use any kind of pasta, but the best shape is<a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/bucatini\/\"> &#8220;Bucatini&#8221; pasta<\/a>. It is a thick spaghetti-like pasta with a hole running through the centre that makes it perfect to absorb the sauce!<\/p>\n<p>The result is amazing, just try my:<\/p>\n<h1>Five Tomatoes Sauce &#8220;Bucatini&#8221;<\/h1>\n<h4>Ingredients for 3 people:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>250g of <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/bucatini\/\">&#8220;Bucatini&#8221; pasta<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 Onion<\/li>\n<li>200g Cherry tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>200ml Tomato Sauce<\/li>\n<li>2 Peeled tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>4\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/sun-dried-tomatoes\/\">Sun-dried tomatoes<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 Tablespoon of Tomato Paste<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extra Virgin Olive Oil &#8220;Il Vero&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Chilli peppers, as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5653\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5653\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/5tomatoes1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5653 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/5tomatoes1.jpg\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5653\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ingredients<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Finely slice the onion, dice the cherry tomatoes and the <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/sun-dried-tomatoes\/\">sun-dried tomatoes.<\/a><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5654\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5654\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/5tomatoes2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5654 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/5tomatoes2.jpg\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5654\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Dice the onion, cherry tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Brown the onion\u00a0in a large pan with a little bit of<a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">\u00a0Extra virgin olive oil<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Add these ingredients to the pan and fry them on a high heat for few minutes.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5655\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5655\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/5tomatoes3.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5655 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/5tomatoes3.png\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5655\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Fry the onion and then add the sliced cherry and sun-dried tomatoes<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Then add the tomato sauce, the tomato paste and the peeled tomatoes, squashing them with a fork.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5658\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5658\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/5tomatoes4-1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5658 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/5tomatoes4-1.png\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5658\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Add the tomato sauce, tomato paste and peeled tomatoes.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>If you like your pasta a bit spicy you can add some chilli pepper.<\/p>\n<p>Cook on a medium heat for further 10 minutes with a lid.<\/p>\n<p>In the meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to the boil.
