I know it sounds a bit weird&#8230; but seriously, is delicious!<\/p>\n<p>For my salad, I used the crunchy\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/grandmothers-artichokes\/\">Grandmother&#8217;s Recipe Artichokes<\/a>.\u00a0I will show you how to convert your marinated vegetable in a fresh ingredient with a simple trick!<\/p>\n<p>The final touch\u00a0of this juicy salad is the addition of \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/white-balsamic-vinegar-prelibato\/\">White Balsamic Vinegar &#8220;Prelibato&#8221;<\/a>\u00a0 aged for 5 years in ash barrels. Then, slice them.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5741\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5741\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/prawns5.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5741 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/prawns5.jpg\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5741\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Slice the drained artichokes<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Bring a pot full of salted water to the boil. Cook the prawns for few minutes, until they become pink. It will take 4\/5 minutes.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5742\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5742\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/prawns6.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5742 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/prawns6.jpg\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5742\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Cook the prawns<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Mix the prawns, apple and cheese chips, minced parsley, and <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/grandmothers-artichokes\/\">artichokes<\/a> in a bowl.
