However, it is possible to enjoy a healthy Italian meal made with seasonal ingredients and a secret touch: The unique taste of Balsamic Vinegar &#8220;Saporoso&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Surprise your guests with this spooky and taste Halloween recipe, try my:<\/p>\n<h1>Halloween Penne with Pumpkin, Pancetta and Balsamic Vinegar &#8220;Saporoso&#8221;<\/h1>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>320g\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/penne-rigate\/\">Penne Pasta<\/a><\/li>\n<li>300g Pumpkin<\/li>\n<li>100g Smoked Pancetta (or Bacon)<\/li>\n<li>60g Pecorino cheese<\/li>\n<li>1 Clove of Garlic<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/balsamic-vinegar-of-modena-igp-malpighi\/\">Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/balsamic-vinegar-saporoso-6-years-old\/\">Balsamic Vinegar of Modena\u00a0&#8220;Saporoso&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extra virgin Olive Oil &#8220;Il Vero&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper, as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"clearboth\">\n<figure id=\"attachment_6326\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6326\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/PumpkinPenne1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6326 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/PumpkinPenne1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6326\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ingredients<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mk-text-block \">\n<p>Peel the pumpkin and remove the seeds. Cut a piece of the pumpkin into 1cm large cubes and put them aside.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_6328\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6328\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/PumpkinPenne2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6328 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/PumpkinPenne2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6328\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Cut the pumpkin<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Put the rest of the pumpkin, the garlic, 1 tablespoon of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extra virgin Olive Oil &#8220;Il Vero&#8221;\u00a0<\/a>and a pinch of salt in a pot, cover with water and bring to the boil.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_6327\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6327\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/PumpkinPenne3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6327 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/PumpkinPenne3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6327\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Boil part of the pumpkin in salted water with a clove of garlic<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Once the pumpkin is cooked, blend it until creamy. Pour the pasta into the pumpkin and bacon sauce and stir all together.
