Try my:<\/p>\n<h1>Paprika Bean-Balls with Garlic Sauce<\/h1>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>500g Borlotti Beans<\/li>\n<li>1 Onion<\/li>\n<li>Sweet Paprika, as needed<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\"> Extra virgin Olive Oil &#8220;Il Vero&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Salt, as needed<\/li>\n<li>3 tbsp of White Flour 00 + 1 tbsp for the breading \u00a0(plain flour)<\/li>\n<li>Breadcrumbs<\/li>\n<li>2 Eggs<\/li>\n<li>Vegetable Oil, to fry<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>For the GARLIC SAUCE<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>1 <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/garlic-pate-large\/\">Jar of Garlic Pat\u00e8<\/a><\/li>\n<li>250g Natural Yoghurt<\/li>\n<li>Coriander<\/li>\n<li>Salt, as needed<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><figure id=\"attachment_6184\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6184\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/BorlottiBalls1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6184 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/BorlottiBalls1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6184\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ingredients<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/li>\n<li>Firstly, make the Garlic Sauce and mince the parsley. In a little bowl, pour 250g of Natural yoghurt and add 8 tbsp of <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/garlic-pate-large\/\">Garlic Pat\u00e8<\/a> (or more if you are a garlic lover! Just adjust it to your taste). Add the minced coriander and salt, as needed. Put in the fridge, while preparing the bean-balls.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drain the borlotti\u00a0beans and mash them with a fork, to obtain a smooth pur\u00e8e.<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><figure id=\"attachment_6185\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6185\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/BorlottiBalls2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6185 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/BorlottiBalls2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6185\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Smash the Borlotti Beans<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/li>\n<li>Finely slice the onion.<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><figure id=\"attachment_6186\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6186\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/BorlottiBalls3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6186 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/BorlottiBalls3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6186\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Finely slice the onion<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/li>\n<li>Mix the mash beans with the onions, sweet paprika and 2 tbsp of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extra virgin Olive Oil &#8220;Il Vero&#8221;<\/a>.
