As a final touch, just a few drops of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/white-balsamic-vinegar-prelibato\/\">White Balsamic Vinegar &#8220;Prelibato&#8221;<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The result is a\u00a0symphony of flavours deeply aromatic without masking the taste!<\/p>\n<p>So what are you waiting for? Let&#8217;s try my:<\/p>\n<h1>Tuna Fillets with Mango Salad and White Balsamic Vinegar &#8220;Prelibato&#8221;<\/h1>\n<h2>Ingredients:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>2 Tuna Fillets<\/li>\n<li>1 Lime<\/li>\n<li>1 Mango<\/li>\n<li>1 Courgette<\/li>\n<li>1 Carrot<\/li>\n<li>A handful of Coriander<\/li>\n<li>A handful of Soy Sprouts<\/li>\n<li>Few\u00a0leaves of Mint<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp of Soy Sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp of Cashew Nuts<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extra Virgin Olive Oil &#8220;Il Vero&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/white-balsamic-vinegar-prelibato\/\">White Balsamic Vinegar &#8220;Prelibato&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_6251\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6251\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/TunaMango1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6251 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/TunaMango1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6251\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ingredients<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>To start with, peel the mango and the carrot. Cut them lengthwise into strips. Do the same with the courgette but do not take off the skin.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_6252\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6252\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/TunaMango2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6252 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/TunaMango2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6252\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Cut the mango and veggies<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Secondly, marinade the strips of the vegetables and the mango with the lime juice and the soy sauce. Cover and refrigerate at least 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_6253\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6253\" style=\"width: 296px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/TunaMango3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6253 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/TunaMango3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"296\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6253\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Marinade the vegetables and mango<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Ones the marinade is ready, start cooking the tuna fillets in a pan with a little bit of oil.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_6254\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6254\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/TunaMango4.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6254 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/TunaMango4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6254\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Cook the tuna fillets<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Few minutes before the tuna is ready,\u00a0pour the sauce of the marinade on the top of the fish and cook for 2 more minutes. The soy sauce will become thicker becoming a lovely and fragrant sauce.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_6256\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6256\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/TunaMango6.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6256 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/TunaMango6.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6256\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Saut\u00e8 the tuna fillets in the marinade sauce<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Now, let&#8217;s make the salad: Add the soy sprouts, coriander and minced mint leaves to the vegetables and mix them up.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_6255\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6255\" style=\"width: 296px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/TunaMango5.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6255 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/TunaMango5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"296\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6255\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Make the salad<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Serve the tuna fillets with the salad as a side.
