At first, these combinations may same to be of a strong taste but surprisingly, the ingredients balance\u00a0each other very well!\u00a0 The sauce will have a delicate sweet taste that is accented with the strong flavour of the clams.<\/p>\n<p>This dish is even better when cool. So, if you want to give a bright presentation use my very own technic. Simply, arrange the ingredients in a little jar like in the picture so that each person at the table can shake it and mix it by themselves!<\/p>\n<p>What are you waiting for? Try my delicious Pasta Shekerata!<\/p>\n<h1>Pasta Shakerata with Peppers &amp; Clams<\/h1>\n<h2>Ingredients for 6 people:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>480g of Fusilli Pasta<\/li>\n<li>500g of Clams<\/li>\n<li>4 Red Peppers<\/li>\n<li>2 Onions<\/li>\n<li>4 Anchovy Fillets<\/li>\n<li>1 Fresh Red Hot Chilli Pepper<\/li>\n<li>2 Garlic Cloves<\/li>\n<li>Parsley<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extra Virgin Olive Oil &#8220;Il Vero&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Salt, as needed<\/li>\n<li>Jars!!<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><figure id=\"attachment_6473\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6473\" style=\"width: 296px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/ShakingPasta1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6473 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/ShakingPasta1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"296\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6473\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ingredients<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>LET&#8217;S BEGIN<\/h4>\n<p>First, clean the clams, put them in 3 litres of water with 50 grams of salt for at least 2 hours to wash the sand out.<\/p>\n<p>Clean the peppers and peel the onions. Then, slice the peppers and onions.<\/p>\n<p>Saut\u00e8e the onion in a pan with a little bit of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extra Virgin Olive Oil &#8220;Il Vero&#8221;\u00a0<\/a>and add the sliced peppers, anchovy fillets and a glass of water. Cover with a lid and let it cook for 30 minutes on a low-medium heat.\u00a0When the mixture\u00a0is ready, blend it!<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_6474\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6474\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/ShakingPasta4.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6474 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/ShakingPasta4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6474\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Saut\u00e8e the onion in a pan with a little bit of oil, add the sliced peppers, anchovy fillets and a glass of water<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Bring a pot full of salted water to the boil and cook the fusilli pasta. Drain the pasta and pour it into a bowl, dress with a little bit of oil and let the pasta cool down.<\/p>\n<p>Put the clams in a pan with a little bit of oil, garlic cloves and red hot chilli pepper, and cook them until the shells open.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_6475\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6475\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/ShakingPasta5.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6475 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/ShakingPasta5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6475\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Cook the clams until the shells are open<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Sprinkle with chopped parsley and remove from the heat.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_6476\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6476\" style=\"width: 296px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/ShakingPasta7.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6476 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/ShakingPasta7.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"296\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6476\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Sprinkle with parsley<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Remove the 2 thirds of the clams from the shell.<\/p>\n<p>Prepare your jars! Pour on the bottom a couple of spoons of the sweet peppers sauce. Then put around 90gr of fusilli pasta, and finally be generous with clams on top.
