It is a traditional dish made from a mixture of different meats and stuffed with vegetables, herbs and cheese. It is super delicious and perfect to celebrate special occasions, therefore&#8230;. ideal for a Christmas Day Lunch! This moist, savoury version is almost like a terrine, but easier to execute. It is delectable both hot or cold.<\/p>\n<p>What are you waiting for? Brush with beaten yolk, and bake again in the oven for 20 minutes at 190\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_6747\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6747\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Polpettone9.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6747 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Polpettone9.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6747\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Wrap the polpettone in the puff pastry net<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>While the polpettone is cooking, let&#8217;s prepare the Garlic Roast Potatoes.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>How to make the\u00a0Garlic Roast Potatoes<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Boil the potatoes and mash them adding 1\/2 glass of warm milk, 4-5 tbsp of <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/garlic-pate-large\/\">Garlic Pat\u00e8<\/a> and salt. Adjust to your taste.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Polpettone10.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6746\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Polpettone10.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"296\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Put the garlicky mash in a pastry bag and design little potato croquettes on a baking sheet. Brush them with <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extra virgin\u00a0Olive Olive Oil &#8220;Il Vero&#8221;<\/a> and bake at 190\u00b0C\u00a0until brown.<\/p>\n<p>Usually, 20 minutes should be enough.
