Add further stock or hot water, if necessary. Don&#8217;t make a cream, leave the most of the lentils whole.<\/p>\n<p>Add the crunchy pepperoni, prepared at the beginning, and\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400;\">2 or 3 tbsp of\u00a0<\/span><a style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; color: #005580;\" href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/hot-pepper-spread\/\">Hot Chilli Pepper Spread<\/a><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span>and warm up the sauce on the heat.<\/p>\n<p>Serve in bowls, sprinkling with raw <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extra virgin Olive Oil<\/a> and adding a spoon of Greek Yoghurt.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/LentilSoupFinal2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6949\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/LentilSoupFinal2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>2) Cornbread<\/h2>\n<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>125g Flour 00<\/li>\n<li>170g Corn Flour<\/li>\n<li>14g Sugar<\/li>\n<li>7g Baking Powder<\/li>\n<li>6g Salt<\/li>\n<li>365g Milk<\/li>\n<li>2 Big Eggs<\/li>\n<li>20g Butter (melted)<\/li>\n<li>100g Grated Gruyere Cheese<\/li>\n<li>80g Whole Kernel Corn<\/li>\n<li>Pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In a big bowl, mix the two sifted flours, sugar, sifted baking powder, salt and a pinch of pepper.<\/p>\n<p>Add the milk, eggs and butter and stir all together. Then add the grated cheese\u00a0and whole kernel corn.<\/p>\n<p>Line a 20cm long baking tin with baking paper.
