I&#8217;ve used <strong>sole fillets<\/strong>, a fish easy to digest, <strong>low in fat<\/strong>, high in <strong>protein<\/strong> and rich in essential <strong>nutrients<\/strong> like <strong>selenium<\/strong>, vitamin <strong>D<\/strong>, <strong>phosphorus<\/strong> and vitamin <strong>B-12.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For this recipe, we&#8217;re going to stuffed tender sole fillets with a mixture of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/pitted-rosate-olives\/\">Pitted Black Olives in Brine<\/a>\u00a0and aromatic herbs. Repeat on the other side and then turn the fish over and repeat until you have 4 fillets. Add 20g of\u00a0Pitted Black Olives in Brine\u00a0and the garlic clove and fry them for a couple of minutes.<\/p>\n<p>In the meanwhile powder the fish rolls with the flour.<span style=\"color: #005580;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_7030\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7030\" style=\"width: 296px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/SoleRolls5.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7030 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/SoleRolls5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"296\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-7030\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Powder the rolls with flour<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Then place them in the pan, turn to a high heat.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_7029\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7029\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/SoleRolls6.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7029 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/SoleRolls6.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-7029\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Brown the rolls<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Add a pinch of salt and cook each side for a couple of minutes or until brown. Then, blend with the white wine and add the pepper.
