You can use it straight from the jar as a spread and topping.\u00a0Spread on tarallini, bruschetta, crostini or sandwiches. Great as salad dressings or add few spoons to your soups and stews.<\/p>\n<p>You can also make a quick and delicious plate of pasta. Simply, heat the pat\u00e9 in a saucepan and add few tablespoons of the pasta cooking water to dilute the sauce. Add the drained pasta to the saucepan, then mix well. Sift the flour and mix with the milk, stirring well.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_7252\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7252\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/AsparagusCrepes4.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7252 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/AsparagusCrepes4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-7252\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Sift the flour<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>In the meanwhile, beat the eggs with salt and then add them to the flour and milk mixture.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_7251\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7251\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/AsparagusCrepes3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7251 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/AsparagusCrepes3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-7251\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Add the beaten eggs<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Finally, add the melted butter and stir all together, obtaining a smooth mixture.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_7250\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7250\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/AsparagusCrepes2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7250 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/AsparagusCrepes2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-7250\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Add melted butter<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Cover with cling film and let it rest in the fridge for half an hour.<\/p>\n<h4>White Sauce<\/h4>\n<p>Warm up the milk, previously seasoned with nutmeg and pepper. Melt the butter in a second pot on a low heat, and add the flour. Stir very quickly, avoiding clots. When the mixture will be uniform, add the warm milk, add salt, and keep stirring until thicker and smooth.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_7253\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7253\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/AsparagusCrepes7.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7253 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/AsparagusCrepes7.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-7253\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">White sauce<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h4>Asparagus Pat\u00e8<\/h4>\n<p>Wash the asparagus and snap off the bottom inch or so. Then, cook them in a pot full of boiling water, placing them\u00a0vertically.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_7254\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7254\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/AsparagusCrepes8.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7254 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/AsparagusCrepes8.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-7254\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Boil the asparagus<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Saving the tips from the hot water. As they will be tender, remove them from the water and chop into pieces. Save some of the tips to decorate at the end.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_7255\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7255\" style=\"width: 296px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/AsparagusCrepes9.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7255 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/AsparagusCrepes9.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"296\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-7255\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Chop the asparagus and save some of the tips for later<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Fry the pieces in a pan with 30g of butter for 5 minutes. Adjust salt and pepper, and turn off the heat.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_7256\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7256\" style=\"width: 296px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/AsparagusCrepes10.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7256 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/AsparagusCrepes10.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"296\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-7256\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Saute\u00e8 the asparagus with butter<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Blend the asparagus in a mixer, and gradually add 3\/4 of the white sauce, combine them with the blender.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_7257\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7257\" style=\"width: 296px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/AsparagusCrepes11.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7257 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/AsparagusCrepes11.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"296\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-7257\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Asparagus Pat\u00e8<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h4>Let&#8217;s combine!<\/h4>\n<p>Start preparing the cr\u00e8pes: h<span class=\"recipe-directions__list--item\">eat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop the mixture onto the griddle, using approximately 1\/4 cup for each crepe. <\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_7258\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7258\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/AsparagusCrepes5.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7258 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/AsparagusCrepes5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-7258\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Cook your crepes<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span class=\"recipe-directions__list--item\">Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the mixure coats the surface evenly.\u00a0<\/span>Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Pour the remaining sauce on top of the cr\u00e8pes and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
