Try my:<\/p>\n<h1>Orecchiette with Tomato and Mushroom Sauce<\/h1>\n<h2>Ingredients for 2\/3 people<\/h2>\n<p>250g\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/orecchiette\/\">Orecchiette<\/a><\/p>\n<p>50g Medium size tomatoes or cherry tomatoes<\/p>\n<p>1 Onion<\/p>\n<p>100g Mushrooms<\/p>\n<p>1 Chilli Pepper<\/p>\n<p>1 Tbsp Tomato concentrate<\/p>\n<p>Parsley, as needed<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extra Virgin Olive Oil &#8220;Il Vero&#8221;<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Salt, as needed<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_7307\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7307\" style=\"width: 296px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/MushroomOrecchiette1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7307 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/MushroomOrecchiette1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"296\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-7307\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ingredients<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Finely slice the onion.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_7308\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7308\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/MushroomOrecchiette2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7308 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/MushroomOrecchiette2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-7308\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Finely slice the onion<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Brown the onion in a pan with a little bit of <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extra Virgin Olive Oil &#8220;Il Vero&#8221;<\/a> and a chilli pepper.<\/p>\n<p>Then, slice the tomatoes and add them to the pan.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_7309\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7309\" style=\"width: 296px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/MushroomOrecchiette3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7309 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/MushroomOrecchiette3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"296\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-7309\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Chop the tomatoes into fourths<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Cook the tomatoes for few minutes and then, add a spoon of tomato concentrate and the mushrooms and let it cook for 20 minutes on a low heat (or 30 if you are using frozen mushrooms).<\/p>\n<p>As needed add a spoon of the cooking water from the pasta.\u00a0 and salt,<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_7310\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7310\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/MushroomOrecchiette5.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7310 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/MushroomOrecchiette5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-7310\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Slowly cook all the ingredients on a low heat<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Eventually, check the sauce from time to time, and add further water if it becomes too dry. At the end add the chopped parsley.<\/p>\n<p>Turn off the heat ones the sauce is ready.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_7312\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7312\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/MushroomOrecchiette6.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7312 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/MushroomOrecchiette6.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-7312\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The sauce is ready<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>In the meanwhile, bring to the boil a pot full of salted water and cook the <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/orecchiette\/\">orecchiette<\/a> for the time suggested on the bag, usually between 12-15min.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_7311\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7311\" style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/MushroomOrecchiette7.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7311 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/MushroomOrecchiette7.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-7311\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Boil the orecchiette<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Finally, drain the <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/orecchiette\/\">orecchiette pasta<\/a> and pour it into the pan. Stir on a high heat for a couple of minutes and then turn off the cooker.
