You&#8217;ll find juicy tomatoes, zucchini, lettuce, and\u2014of course\u2014tons of cucumbers. If you are inspired by the piles of colorful vegetables, you will find some ways to make the most of summer&#8217;s finest fruits and greens.<\/p>\n<p>Last week we visited the local market and found some fresh cucumbers that inspired this summer salad. It is super easy, fresh, and healthy, perfect for a hot summer day. It is also a good \u201c<em>last minute recipe,<\/em>\u201d when you only have a few minutes to get dinner (or lunch) on the table. The trick is to keep your pantry stocked with healthy staples, like Balsamic Vinegar Condiment (e.g. Acino Bianco). Add some freshly picked up cucumbers, chive, tomatoes, one avocado, and fresh salmon: that\u2019s it!<\/p>\n<p>Regarding health: &#8220;S<em>ome studies find that balsamic vinegar has health benefits (ranging from improving a person&#8217;s complexion to lowering cholesterol and aiding weight loss)&#8221;.<\/em> <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.medicalnewstoday.com\/articles\/321906.php\">Source here.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients for 4 people:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g fresh salmon<\/li>\n<li>1 avocado<\/li>\n<li>3 cucumbers<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons of <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/white-balsamic-condiment-acino-bianco\/\">\u201cAcino Bianco\u201d &#8211; White Balsamic Condiment<\/a><\/li>\n<li>7 cherry tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon of <a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-il-vero-1-lt\/\">Extra Virgin Olive Oil \u201cIl Vero\u201d<\/a><\/li>\n<li>chive<\/li>\n<li>Salt and white pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/acino-bianco.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-7410\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/acino-bianco.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"110\" height=\"109\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/acino-bianco.jpg 278w, https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/acino-bianco-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 110px) 100vw, 110px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/ingredienti-3-buona-resized-300.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-7411\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/ingredienti-3-buona-resized-300-300x189.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"189\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Equipment:<\/h3>\n<p>1 mixing bowl, 1 serving dish, 1 chopping board, 1 knife, 1 saucepan<\/p>\n<h3>Procedure:<\/h3>\n<p>Put salmon into a saucepan, cover with water and boil until cooked ( it takes about 25 minutes). Add salt at the end.
