Made with almond flour, eggs, dark chocolate, and a little more, the Caprese is a traditional dessert from Capri Island.<\/p>\n<p>Naturally gluten-free, this cake is easy and quick to\u00a0prepare.<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients<\/h4>\n<p>almond flour 250 gm.<\/p>\n<p>dark chocolate 130 gm.<\/p>\n<p>unsweetened cocoa powder 50 gm.<\/p>\n<p>brown sugar 250 gm.<\/p>\n<p>unsalted butter 250 gm.<\/p>\n<p>eggs 250 gm.<\/p>\n<p>rhum or other dry liqueur as you like 20 ml. (optional)<\/p>\n<p>powdered sugar for dusting (optional) or cocoa powder<\/p>\n<p><a height=\"199\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Equipment<\/h4>\n<p>1 tart pan, 1 bowl, parchment paper, 1 electric mixer (or 1 whisk as an alternative), 1 spatula, 1 small saucepan.<\/p>\n<h4>Method<\/h4>\n<p>Preheat oven to 320\u00baF (or to 160\u00baC) and line a tart pan with parchment paper.<\/p>\n<p>Melt butter and dark chocolate, then cool.<\/p>\n<p><a
