Their &#8220;lasagna goccia d&#8217;oro&#8221; recipe was made with mushrooms and b\u00e9chamel.<\/p>\n<p>Nowadays, there are many versions of goccia d\u2019oro and some might include vegetables like artichokes or spinach. As an alternative, b\u00e9chamel can be replaced with cream cheese (such as ricotta or Philadelphia cream) mixed with cream.<\/p>\n<p>You can prepare the dish as much as one day in advance and refrigerate until it is time to cook. For this reason, goccia d\u2019oro is perfect for a Christmas menu, when you have several dishes to prepare.<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For filling<\/p>\n<p>mushrooms, sliced 200 gm.
