(or other blue cheese such as Stilton)<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/black-olive-oven-baked\/\">Black olives<\/a><\/strong> (pitted) 40 gm.<\/p>\n<p>Fresh milk 120 gr.<\/p>\n<p>Parsley about 12 leaves<\/p>\n<p>Minced garlic 1 teaspoon<\/p>\n<p>Salt and pepper as needed<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/7-olive-oils\/\">Extra virgin olive oil<\/a> <\/strong>1 tablespoon<\/p>\n<h5>Equipment<\/h5>\n<p>1 large pot, 1 non-stick pan, 1 chopping board, 1 knife.<\/p>\n<h5>Procedure<\/h5>\n<p>Pour olives, parsley and garlic into a food processor and chop them coarsely. \u00a0(You can also chop them with a knife.)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/strozzapreti_alla_cenere_recipe_taste_with_gusto_blender.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-8494 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/strozzapreti_alla_cenere_recipe_taste_with_gusto_blender.jpg\" alt=\"strozzapreti_alla_cenere_recipe_taste_with_gusto_blender\" width=\"300\" height=\"402\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/strozzapreti_alla_cenere_recipe_taste_with_gusto_blender.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/strozzapreti_alla_cenere_recipe_taste_with_gusto_blender-224x300.jpg 224w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Bring water to a boil to cook the pasta (do not forget to add salt).\u00a0\u00a0 While it is heating, prepare the gorgonzola sauce.<\/p>\n<p>Remove the cheese crust and cut into cubes.<\/p>\n<p>Pour the milk into a pan, add a little oil and add the gorgonzola.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/strozzapreti_alla_cenere_recipe_taste_with_gusto_melt_gorgonzola.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-8495 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/strozzapreti_alla_cenere_recipe_taste_with_gusto_melt_gorgonzola.jpg\" alt=\"strozzapreti_alla_cenere_recipe_taste_with_gusto_melt_gorgonzola\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Let it melt, stirring constantly.<\/p>\n<p>At this point cook the pasta \u2013 remove it from the water and drain it 2-3 minutes before what is suggested on the package.
