This is a healthy and super quick recipe that you\u00a0will cook many times&#8230;and it is also beautiful to see!<\/p>\n<h5>Ingredients<\/h5>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/merluzzo_alla_sorrentina_recipe_ingredients.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-8606 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/merluzzo_alla_sorrentina_recipe_ingredients.jpg\" alt=\"merluzzo_alla_sorrentina_recipe_ingredients\" width=\"300\" height=\"234\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Cod 1 fillet of about 250 gr.<\/p>\n<p>Garlic 1\/2 clove chopped<\/p>\n<p>Cherry tomatoes about 18 or 20<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/pitted-rosate-olives\/\"><strong>Pitted<\/strong> <strong>black olives<\/strong><\/a> 30 gr.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/7-olive-oils\/\">Extra virgin olive oil<\/a><\/strong> 25 gr.<\/p>\n<p>Oregano 1 pinch<\/p>\n<p>Salt to taste<\/p>\n<p>Black pepper to taste<\/p>\n<p>Flour 00 20 gr.<\/p>\n<p>Chopped parsley 1 tuft (optional)<\/p>\n<h5>Equipment<\/h5>\n<p>1 nonstick pan, 1 knife, 1 chopping board, 1 dish, 1 spatula.<\/p>\n<h5>Preparation<\/h5>\n<p>Chop cod into 4 chunks.<\/p>\n<p>Pour the flour in a dish and flour the fillet on both sides.<\/p>\n<p>In a nonstick pan, heat the extra virgin olive oil, add the fish fillet and brown on both sides.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/merluzzo_alla_sorrentina_recipe_pan.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-8607 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/merluzzo_alla_sorrentina_recipe_pan.jpg\" alt=\"merluzzo_alla_sorrentina_recipe_pan\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Once ready, set aside.<\/p>\n<p>In the same pan where you cooked the cod, add a dash of oil and the chopped garlic clove.<\/p>\n<p>After a minute add the halved cherry tomatoes and olives.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/merluzzo_alla_sorrentina_recipe_pan_with_tomatoes_olives.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-8608 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/merluzzo_alla_sorrentina_recipe_pan_with_tomatoes_olives.jpg\" alt=\"merluzzo_alla_sorrentina_recipe_pan_with_tomatoes_olives\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Cook for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally with a spatula.<\/p>\n<p>Place the cod fillet in the tomato sauce and olives you have previously prepared.
