As an alternative, if you are unsure whether the cherry tomatoes are ripe and sweet, you can add a spoonful or two of high-quality tomato sauce, such as <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/country-basil-sauce\/\">Country Basil Pasta Sauce<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you do not have a blender, you can mix everything by hand.
