Just cook the pasta, use a blender to prepare the creamy sauce, et voila!<\/p>\n<h5>Ingredients<\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pasta 320 g<\/p>\n<p>200 g seasoned cheese (provolone, or other aged cheese as you taste, such as cheddar cracker)<\/p>\n<p>Cherry tomatoes 450 gr.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/pitted-rosate-olives\/\">Pitted black olives<\/a><\/strong> 50 gr.<\/p>\n<p>Basil 15 gr.<\/p>\n<p>Ricotta 200 gr.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/7-olive-oils\/\">Extra virgin olive oil<\/a><\/strong> 30 gr.<\/p>\n<p>Salt up to q.b.<\/p>\n<p>Black pepper at your taste<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/pasta_salad-with_ricotta_cheese_cherry_tomatoes_olives_ingredients_.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-8922 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/pasta_salad-with_ricotta_cheese_cherry_tomatoes_olives_ingredients_.jpg\" alt=\"pasta_salad with_ricotta_cheese,_cherry_tomatoes_olives_ingredients_\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h5>Equipment<\/h5>\n<p>1 large pot, pasta drainer, 1 chopping board, 1 bowl, 1 knife, blender.<\/p>\n<h5>Preparation<\/h5>\n<p>Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Drain 1 minute before the cooking time indicated on the box. To stop the cooking, open the tap with very cold water and pour over the pasta inside the colander. Add the ricotta cheese and basil.
