(or other fish such as fresh cod fillet or sea bass fillet)<br \/>\nextra virgin olive oil 5 &#8211; 6 tbsp<br \/>\njuice of 1 lemon<br \/>\nchillies 1 pinch<br \/>\nfresh ginger root about 1 cm.<br \/>\ngarlic clove 1<br \/>\nshelled pine nuts 1 tbsp<br \/>\nripe fresh cherry tomatoes about 400 gr<br \/>\n1 bunch of parsley<br \/>\nfresh thyme a few leaves<br \/>\nsalt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n<h5>Preparation<\/h5>\n<p>Prepare a marinade with the olive oil, lemon juice, chopped chilli pepper, chopped parsley (previously washed thoroughly), thyme, grated fresh ginger root, and garlic.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Sea_bream_ginger_cherry_tomatoes_recipe_oil.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-9294 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Sea_bream_ginger_cherry_tomatoes_recipe_oil.jpg\" alt=\"Sea_bream_ginger_cherry_tomatoes_recipe_oil\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Coat the fish in the marinade, so that it soaks up the flavours.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Sea_bream_ginger_cherry_tomatoes_recipe_preparation1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-9295 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Sea_bream_ginger_cherry_tomatoes_recipe_preparation1.jpg\" alt=\"Sea_bream_ginger_cherry_tomatoes_recipe_preparation1\" width=\"300\" height=\"251\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nPrepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 200 \u00b0 C.<br \/>\nRemove the fish from the marinade and put it in the pan. Place the tomatoes on top, salt them slightly, then add half of the pine nuts previously cut with a knife. Drizzle everything with the remaining marinade.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Sea_bream_ginger_cherry_tomatoes_recipe_bake_2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-9296 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Sea_bream_ginger_cherry_tomatoes_recipe_bake_2.jpg\" alt=\"Sea_bream_ginger_cherry_tomatoes_recipe_bake_2\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes.<br \/>\nRemove the fish from the oven and check the cooking.
