This pasta is a quick and easy seafood dish you can prepare with few quality ingredients.<\/p>\n<h5>Ingredients for 2 people<\/h5>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/linguine_fish_sauce_quick_300_ingredients.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-9472 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/linguine_fish_sauce_quick_300_ingredients.jpg\" alt=\"linguine_fish_sauce_quick_300_ingredients\" width=\"300\" height=\"228\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/1-pasta\/\">Pasta<\/a><\/strong> 250 gr (we used linguine, spaghetti is also fine)<br \/>\nCod fillets (fresh or frozen) 250 gr<br \/>\nCarrot 1<br \/>\nOnion 1\/2 or a piece of leek<br \/>\nWhite wine 1 glass<br \/>\nTomato pulp 300 ml<br \/>\nCapers 1 tsp<br \/>\nDesalted anchovies 2<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/7-olive-oils\/\">Extra virgin olive oil<\/a><\/strong> 2 tbsp<br \/>\nSalt and pepper<br \/>\nChopped parsley 1 tbsp<\/p>\n<h5>Equipment<\/h5>\n<p>Chopping board, knife, non-stick pan, 1 tablespoon.<\/p>\n<h5>Preparation<\/h5>\n<p>Peel the onion and carrot and chop finely together.<br \/>\nLightly brown the vegetables with two tablespoons of olive oil, then add anchovies and capers in a large pan and cook until the anchovies are melted. It will take just a few minutes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/linguine_fish_sauce_quick_pan.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-9473 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/linguine_fish_sauce_quick_pan.jpg\" alt=\"linguine_fish_sauce_quick_pan\" width=\"300\" height=\"241\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Add cod fillets, brown on both sides for a few moments, then blend with the white wine. Break the fish into small pieces using a fork, to obtain a homogeneous but still chunky sauce.<br \/>\nOnce the alcohol has evaporated, add the tomato pulp, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper, then cook for 20 minutes.
