The fresh flavours of the uncooked greens and tomatoes are made vibrant by the zing of raw garlic and the tang of the Parmigiano cheese.<\/p>\n<p>There are many versions of the\u00a0&#8220;crudaiola&#8221; sauce, this one is Franco&#8217;s variant.<\/p>\n<h5>Pasta alla crudaiola Gusto style<\/h5>\n<p>Ingredients for two people<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Pasta_crudaiola_recipe_taste_with_gusto_ingredients.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-9525 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Pasta_crudaiola_recipe_taste_with_gusto_ingredients.jpg\" alt=\"Pasta_crudaiola_recipe_taste_with_gusto_ingredients\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nPasta 200 g (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/linguine-500-gr\/\">linguine<\/a><\/strong>)<br \/>\nCherry tomatoes 15 (approximately) or a ripe and large tomato<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/7-olive-oils\/\">Extra virgin olive oil<\/a><\/strong> 4 tbsp<br \/>\nGarlic half clove<br \/>\nSalt and pepper<br \/>\nGrated Parmigiano 4 tablespoons (or Grana Padano or Pecorino cheese)<br \/>\nRocket a small bunch<br \/>\nParsley a small bunch<\/p>\n<h5>Preparation<\/h5>\n<p>Wash tomatoes, parsley, and rockets.<br \/>\nBring the water to a boil.<br \/>\nIn the meantime, cut the tomatoes into small pieces, chop the rocket and parsley, and put them together in a large bowl.
