A rich and healthy dish that will amaze your guests.<\/p>\n<h5>Ingredients<\/h5>\n<p>Serves 2<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Unleavened_bread_mushrooms_cannonata_sauce_taste_WITH_GUSTO_ingredients.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-9704 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Unleavened_bread_mushrooms_cannonata_sauce_taste_WITH_GUSTO_ingredients.jpg\" alt=\"Unleavened_bread_mushrooms_cannonata_sauce_taste_WITH_GUSTO_ingredients\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nFresh mushrooms 300 gr.<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/cannonata\/\">Cannonata<\/a><\/strong> half jar<br \/>\nRicotta 200 gr (or other cream cheese like cottage cheese or such as Philadelphia)<br \/>\nParsley and basil a few leaves<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/7-olive-oils\/\">Extra virgin olive oil<\/a><\/strong> 1 tablespoon<br \/>\nSalt and pepper<br \/>\nReady to use unleavened bread 8 rectangular sheets, or prepare the flatbread with:<br \/>\nflour (type-0) 100 gr.<br \/>\nwater 50 gr<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tastewithgusto.ie\/shop\/7-olive-oils\/\">Extra virgin olive oil<\/a><\/strong> 1 teaspoon<br \/>\nsalt 1 pinch<\/p>\n<h5>Equipment<\/h5>\n<p>2 non-stick pans, 1 chopping board, 1 bowl, 1 knife, 1 blender.<\/p>\n<h5>Preparation<\/h5>\n<p>If you are using ready-to-use unleavened bread, go to the next step. Otherwise, put all the ingredients in a heavy-duty blender and mix for a few seconds until you have a smooth dough. Heat a non-stick pan and add a spoonful of oil. Add the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes (do not overcook). If you like more spice, you can use more of the cannonata. Remember to mix the cannonata well before using it, and store it in the refrigerator covered with a thin layer of oil after opening. Instead of mushrooms you can use other fresh seasonal vegetables such as aubergines or zucchini, grilled or lightly seared in a pan.
