The result is a healthy and tasty version that you can easily prepare to surprise and please your guests. Add the chicken and season well, massaging the slices so that the sauce and oil adhere well.<br \/>\nLet it rest and in the meantime pour the breadcrumbs onto a large plate.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Nonfried_Cannonata_chicken_cutlets_marinate.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-9982 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/cookwithgusto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Nonfried_Cannonata_chicken_cutlets_marinate.jpg\" alt=\"Nonfried_Cannonata_chicken_cutlets_marinate\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Take a slice of chicken and coat it on both sides in the breadcrumbs. Press well with your hands to make the breadcrumbs adhere well. Repeat with the other chicken slices. Turn the cutlets once and cook until the other side is golden brown.
