Soft Loaf with Veggies and Ham

A soft loaf is a smart way to make a delicious appetizer, side dish,  brunch or just a ready to go snack!

This is a super yummy and easy recipe and the amazing thing is that the texture gets even better few days after baking! So, if you need something special that you can prepare in advance to serve to your guests…

Why not a soft baked savoury loaf?

I made mine with green peas, ham, swiss cheese and our delicious Pepper Strips! You can get creative, though, and try this salad with seasonal fruits and veggies of your choice.

Hi Nessa, thanks for the feedback 🙂
Sure, it should be as good even with gluten free flour, especially if you will be using the eggs.
Once you try it, please let us know!
