One of the healthiest but tastiest meats I know is turkey. It’s loaded with lots of vitamins and minerals but contains very little fat and calories. In fact, turkey meat, especially the breast part, is recommended for dieters.

This week, I will share with you a very simple but tasty and healthy recipe using turkey fillets. It’s one that you can prepare in just a matter of minutes. It’s called turkey fillets with lemon.

How to Cook Turkey Fillets with Lemon


Serves 2
4 fillets of turkey
2 lemons
2 Tbs garlic patè
2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
Salt, pepper and chili


Put the olive oil and the garlic patè in a pan and heat it.


When the garlic is hot enough, add the fillets of turkey. Sear both sides for 1 minute per side. Searing locks in the taste of turkey and flavors it with garlic.


Now add the juice of two lemons directly on the turkey


Add some salt and pepper according to your taste. You can also put some little hot peppers if you like it spicy.


Cook for a few more minutes until the juice thickens.


Serve immediately with mixed salad.
